Don retired from the role of President of the family-owned business, J&H Builder’s Warehouse in Saskatoon in 2016, after 41 years at the reigns. The business remains in the family and Don sits as the Executive Chairman of the Board.

Don’s board experience is vast, including involvement with Sherbrooke Community Foundation, Saskatoon Housing Authority, Riverside Country Club, and Royal University Hospital Foundation where he served as Chair.

He has also been heavily involved in capital fundraising campaigns such as those for Ronald McDonald House, Friendship Inn, and Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital.
