A Year to Think Pink

The Last Mountain Lake Cultural Centre, together with the South Shore Art Guild, a group of artists from Regina Beach and surrounding area, invite you and your family to attend the ‘Think Pink’ inspired fundraiser on Saturday, June 29th at the Last Mountain Lake Cultural Centre, Regina Beach!

The ‘Think Pink’ Inspiration

Last Mountain Lake Cultural Centre is the cultural hub in the community and many talented artists have utilized the classrooms, studios and galleries in the facility. Artists, patrons and members of our community have friends, family members, or they themselves have been impacted by cancer. As artists we wanted to give back to our community in a meaningful way. The funds for this event will be raised for the breast screening mammography bus – the idea of having a ‘Think Pink’ fundraiser that features some ‘Pink’ paintings to support breast cancer emerged.

The Paint-A-Thon portion of our event will feature a collaboration of many artists working to finish a large painting during the event after working on the piece for many hours throughout the week. Local artists have also donated pieces of art for a silent auction.
